DBC: Company Media

This area will allow admins to bulk load images specifically for a new customer.

• Image filenames need to be named according to the item code in order for the image to be matched. Admins will now have insight to what files were uploaded, what items they were matched to and what admins have done uploads.
• The concept of renaming uploaded files has been introduced, by clicking the rename button within the row.
• The concept of matching files has been introduced, by clicking the match button within the row. If a file is renamed because it didn't match an item code, you would then use this match button to match the item to the item code.
• If an item already has an image with one filename, when an image is bulk uploaded with the same filename, the current image will be replaced with the uploaded image and become the Catalog Image.
• If an item already has an image with one filename, when an image is bulk uploaded with a different filename, the current will become an additional image, and the uploaded image will become the Catalog Image.
• Assets, Digital Email, and Promo items will not be matched using Company Media.
