EQC How to add a Province to a Country

A province or city can be added to a country through EQ Commerce Configuration. It can only be done by support personnel with EQ Commerce Administration access.

Activate Country

To activate the company in Company Maintenance in EQ Distributor, follow these steps:

  1. Go to File > Company Maintenance.
  2. Edit the desired company.
  3. Click on the Countries tab.
  4. Check the boxes for the desired countries.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Log out and then log back in.
  7. Export to EQ Commerce.

Add a Province or City in EQ Commerce Administration

To add a Province or City in EQ Commerce Administration:

  1. Go to EQ Commerce Administration and select the appropriate client.
  2. Click on State Editor.
  3. From the dropdown, select the country.
  4. Add the desired province or city.
  5. Save your changes.
  6. Verify the update with the client.
