EQC: Attributes and Stock Items for eCommerce
Attributes provide the ability to upload a single item with choices for size, color, etc. Fields can also be added allowing the user to enter in text for items such as name plates. The user selects the size and color combination from the dropdown list or enters data into the input field.
If the item is not stocked, the EQ/c order creates a purchase order displaying the selections. If the size and color combinations are stocked items, the selected combination are linked to the applicable e-Quantum stock item. The EQ/c order generates a release pulling from the linked stock item.
Note: To create an item that is NOT linked to stock items, follow Step 2. To create an item that is linked stock items, follow ALL the steps below.
Step 1: Create The Stock Items
Create a stock item for each attribute combination. For example, when adding attributes for a shirt, each possible color and size combination will be a separate stock item.

- Through the Whse Locs button, list the warehouse for these items.
The beginning inventory quantity, for the stock items, needs to be entered before orders can be generated.

After entering all the values, click Exit to return to the Item Map screen. Click Add Attribute to enter the next attribute. Continue until all the attributes have been entered.
