EQC: History on EQC
Purge Setting on EQC determine the history that is displayed on EQC reports. The setting is defaulted to the current and prior year. The setting can be changed to allow up to 60 months of history.
Purge Settings
The purge settings can be made as a global setting or by client. Making a change to this setting requires an upload from e-Quantum to EQC to update the history
When a change is made, the "Reset Order Purge" must be marked. This resets the history information displayed for the client on the next upload to EQC from e-Quantum.
Changing the Purge Setting
- Log into Distributor Setup.
- Go to Setup > Site Options.
- Enter the Client ID or Name.
- Select Purge Options.
- Use the drop down for Purge Orders - Keep, select the history range to keep for the client.
- Mark the check box for Reset Order Purge.
- Click Save.
Export to EQC
To update the history on EQC, upload the client from e-Quantum. After the upload is complete, your reports will contain the history for the selected range.
