EQC: Coupon Maintenance -Numbering tab

Coupons use two numbering types, Common and Unique.

  • Common Number is one code used by all users to get this discount. This method is used on discounts that can be applied multiple times. Use this option for the Clothing/equipment Allowance coupons. Do not mark the Single Use option from General tab.
  • Unique Numbers is used to generate a series of coupons with unique numbers. These are commonly Single Use coupons to give a one-time discount. These are generated when the new coupon is saved. Mark the Singe Use option from the General tab.

Creating Unique Number Coupons

The settings on the General tab and the Conditions need to be competed prior to generating the unique number coupons.

1. Enter the number of coupon numbers to generate in the Count field.

2. Optional: enter a prefix number for the coupons. The prefix is added to the 12-digit coupon number. 3. Click Save.

4. A popup window displays to confirm you are ready to activate the coupons. Click Yes.

5. The coupon numbers are displayed in a popup window.


The popup window displays the coupon numbers and Active status. The coupon list can be printed in A/R > A/R Reports > A/R File Listings. > Coupon List.
