EQC: Using Coupons

Coupons can only be used on an eCommerce site. It is recommended that the coupon be tested before releasing the information to the client.

Using a Coupon

1. Login into the site

2. Add items to the cart that meet the coupon conditions.

3. Enter valid shipping information, click checkout.

4. Click Coupon button.

5. Enter Coupon Code

6. A message confirms acceptance of the coupon.

7. Discount applied to total.

8. Submit order

The Coupon is attached to the Purchase Order or Warehouse Release generated by the order.

When the order is invoiced, the coupon can be seen in the Invoice Summary screen, on the Certificates/Coupon tab.

The discount given is displayed as a negate add on charge.

Note: A coupon can only be applied to an order on-line.
