EQC: Activating Coupons & Changing Labels

Coupons are made visible on the checkout screen by activating in the Customize Checkout section of EQC Distributor Setup. Start by logging into the Distributor Setup.

1. Go to Help > Websites > Distributor Login and sign in.

2. Click on Site Appearance,

3. Click on Customize Checkout

4. Select the Client:

5. Click on Coupon in the center column.

6. Check Enable Coupons

7. All other settings on this screen will default. Do not change.

8. Save.

This step activates the coupon button to display on the checkout screen:

Changing the Coupon Button Label

When the coupon option is activated in Customize Checkout, a button is displayed on the site. The default text for the button is “USE COUPON”. The coupon label can be changed to different verbiage, such as ‘Apply Discount” in the EQ Commerce Setup.

4. Select the Client

5. Click on Checkout Options – edit “Use Coupon” field.

6. Save
