EQD: Report Wildcard Fields

^{Quantum reports support}^wildcards^{, which are quick commands used to filter data efficiently. These are typically entered in the}^{“Selected Records”}^{option when editing a field (such as Client ID or Ship-To).}

Client ID Field Wildcards

In the ADD box of the Client ID field, you can type the following commands:

Wildcard	Description
`!list`	Opens a list of clients where you can check the desired clients.
`!clear`	Clears the screen.
`!undo`	Restores the last selections (not valid if you leave the report).
`!Remove` , `!Erase` , `!Delete` , `!CLR` , `!New` , `!Help`	Various clear and reset commands.
`Qnet=Y`	Adds all QNet clients.
`Corp=XXXX`	Adds clients whose Corporate Client is `XXXX` .
`Retail=Y`	Adds retail clients. Use `Retail=N` for non-retail clients.
`Class=XXXX`	Adds clients based on class code as defined in AR Configuration.
`A`	Adds all clients whose ID contains the letter A.
`BBB..CCC`	Adds all clients with IDs between BBB and CCC. (Use two periods `..` )
`BC`	Adds all clients whose ID contains BC.

Ship-To Field Wildcards

These are used similarly in the Ship-To field:

Wildcard	Description
`!list`	Opens a list of Ship-To’s to select from.
`!clear`	Clears the screen.
`!undo`	Restores the last selections (not valid if you leave the report).
`!Remove` , `!Erase` , `!Delete` , `!CLR` , `!New`	Various clear and reset commands.
`Size=`	Filters by size, as defined in AR Configuration and assigned to Ship-To’s.
`Group=`	Filters by group, as defined in Client Maintenance.
`Qnet=Y`	Adds all Ship-To’s flagged to go to Qnet.
`Qnet=N`	Adds all Ship-To’s not flagged to go to Qnet.
