Merchant Account Details
Your Valpay merchant information/details will established by the onboarding team and provided to DemandBridge team members and/or entered into the software. DB Pay will now be the default gateway.

EQ Commerce Storefronts/EQ Distributor Configuration
EQ Commerce is now ready for transactions via DBPay. Your merchant details will be configured within EQ Distributor and you will need to download new keys for EQ Distributor.
Please refer to the following instructions for setup help.
Not to worry - existing authorizations will settle with the provider they were initiated under. If you had orders created prior to DB Pay being setup, and they were authorized via Paytrace or Authorize.net, then they will be settled via that provider. New transactions will be authorized/settled via DB Pay.

Coming Soon! DB Commerce is in development to support transactions via DB Pay. Your merchant details will be configured on your behalf by the DB support and implementation team.

- What products are currently utilizing DB Pay?
- As of August 28, 2025
- Storefronts:
- DB Pay is active/in use for EQ Commerce.
- DB Pay is in development for DB Commerce (expected availability late August/early September)
- Back Office ERP:
- DB Pay is newly released for EQ Distributor "Pay by Link" functionality so invoices can be paid via a secure link.
- DB Pay development is underway for DB Distributor "Pay by Link" functionality so invoices can be paid via a secure link. (expected availability late August/early September)
- Can I apply a surcharge to my credit card transactions?

- Surcharge/convenience fees will be added to EQ Commerce in the coming weeks.
- Is there an admin/reporting interface?

- DB Pay (Valpay) has a portal with dashboard view and transaction detail with export capabilities.
- How will this charge show up on the user's card statement?
- This will continue to be a merchant specific value, up to 22 characters.
- Which card types will be accepted?
- All major card types will be accepted.
- We hope to add additional payment options in the future.
