DBC: Distributor Administration - Vendors

OVERVIEW

The Vendors section is where you configure and manage the suppliers responsible for producing your items. Here, you can create a detailed list of vendors, including essential contact information such as email addresses and FTP credentials. Each vendor can be customized with specific settings that will later be associated with the items they produce.

In addition to vendor setup, this section allows you to:

  • Monitor the transmission status of order lines to ensure successful rendering.
  • Access and review the vendor tracking file layout, which can be shared with vendors to support the delivery of shipping confirmation emails to your customers.
