EQD: PO Packing List - Print Delivery Instructions


🔵 Overview: The PO Packing List report has a formatting option, Print Delivery Notes. Previously, delivery instructions entered on a PO's Instructions tab > Delivery section only printed on the PO sent to the vendor. With this option enabled, those same delivery instructions also print on the Packing List — for example, special handling, dock instructions, or delivery windows.

Navigation: PO Packing List > Range Selections

  1. Open the PO Packing List report.
  2. On the Range Selections tab, click Edit to open the report format.
  3. Under Formatting, set Print Delivery Notes to Yes.
  4. Save and run the Packing List.

💡 Note When Print Delivery Notes is set to No, the Packing List prints as it did before — without delivery instructions.

Where Delivery Instructions Come From

  • Delivery instructions entered manually on a PO's Instructions tab, in the Delivery section, print on the Packing List when the option is enabled.
  • For orders placed through DBc (Commerce), special instructions entered by the customer at checkout carry over to the PO's Instructions tab > Delivery section in EQD, and will also print on the Packing List when the option is enabled.
