Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why would an order come in with the Suspended flag already set?

A: This applies to orders coming into the system from Flow Point — the Order Import settings can suspend printing of the Purchase Orders and Packing List at creation so a CSR can review and modify the order first.

Q: How do I release a suspended Purchase Order for printing?

A: Call up the order in Order Entry, review/make changes, then before exiting select the Purchase Order option, enter the PO code, and click Yes under Print this P/O (instead of Suspended).

Q: What happens to the PO once I release it?

A: When you exit the order, it goes to the print queue to Print/Email/Image based on your company's settings.

Q: What about the packing list — is it suspended separately?

A: Yes, if the order has Inventoried Items. You'll get a 'Suspend Packing List Printing?' prompt when exiting the order — click No to release it to the print queue instead of keeping it suspended.
